Minnesota Core Leadership and K-12
Principal Competencies Portfolio
Abstract:
Welcome to my core leadership and K-12 principal competencies portfolio. Within this portfolio, you will find a number of components that demonstrate
my growth and development as an instructional leader. The first of these
components is a reflection on the Minnesota Core Leadership Competencies
and K-12 Principal Competencies over time. Below that, you will be able to
explore artifacts collected from each competency, along with a reflection
on my development and growth. Lastly, you will see resources and artifacts
from both of my administrative practicum experiences. By exploring this page,
you will develop a clear understanding of the journey I have taken toward
earning my K-12 Principal Licensure for the state of Minnesota.

Competencies Self-Assessments:
Periodically, as I completed coursework and learning toward my
Masters in Ed Leadership as well as my principal licensure, I reflected on and
completed self-assessments on the Minnesota Core Leadership Competencies and Minnesota K-12 Principal Competencies.
