Reflection:

Similar to my growth in Curriculum Planning and Development, I feel that my graduate coursework has given me the opportunity learn more deeply about the system level application of Instructional Management. The majority of my courses touched on one if not all of the standards embedded in this competency, and I was able to apply that learning to a project I have taken on as a coordinator of learning. I am continuing to lead or transition to a fully competency-baed learning organization, and that work requires systemwide implementation of instructional strategies, best practices to help all learnings achieve at high levels, assessment strategies, and learning technology. My learning and growth in the instructional management competency has supported my ability to serve as a project lead on competency-based learning.
