Reflection:

This is yet another area where both coursework learning and practical practicum application have served my development well. Coursework such as PreK-12 School Administration provided me with a holistic view of the system, and how developmentally appropriate programming through each level of schooling supports success for each learning. In particular, this course afforded me a closer look at our PreK programming which I was less familiar with supporting. In terms of practical application, my practicum included opportunities to work with our Preschool Director and K-12 curriculum alignment, giving me the opportunity to apply my learning authentically. Overall, this has been a significant area of growth, and I look forward to extending that growth even further year by year.
