Serve on our district Ed Services team to lead districtwide alignment, professional learning, and
strategic initiatives. Primary focus on integration of human-centered design thinking strategies
to support design of engaging work for students, systemic innovation and personalized learning.
Regularly consult and partner with district principals, continuous improvement and innovation coaches,
curriculum leads, and classroom teachers. Support and lead district operational plan projects and serve on District Leadership Team.

Developed and implemented professional learning for adults focused on district initiatives, particularly

PLCs to provide personalized support and ongoing professional development. Designed
school and district level adult learning sessions, and delivered both online and face-to-face.
